Complete Microsoft Word Shortcuts 2007 2010 2003

Microsoft Word keyboard shortcuts are very useful in case your mouse to save as much time in the right hand moves back and forth from the keyboard over the mouse which helps you compose and manipulate agreed in writing Word faster.

Keys in MICROSOFT WORD

Create, edit, save text
Ctrl + N to create a new document
Ctrl + O to open the document
Ctrl + S Save the document
Ctrl + C to copy text
Ctrl + X cuts the selected content
Ctrl + V to paste the text
Ctrl + F search dialog pop
Ctrl + H to replace dialog pop
Enable Ctrl + P print dialog
Ctrl + Z reimbursement status of the text before the final order
Ctrl + Y for the current state of the text before executing the command Ctrl + Z
Ctrl + F4, Ctrl + W, Alt + F4 closing documents, close the window Ms Word

Format
Ctrl + B bold format
Ctrl + D Open Font Format dialog box
Ctrl + I Italic Format.
Ctrl + U underscore Format

Aligns the text:
Ctrl + E Align selected text between
Ctrl + J Justify text is selected
Align Left Ctrl + L is the selected doanvan
Ctrl + R Right justify the selected text
Ctrl + M indentation format text
Ctrl + Shift + M Delete indentation format
Ctrl + T 2 onwards Indentation of the text

1 Select the text or object
Shift + -> select a character behind
Shift + <- select one character forward
Ctrl + Shift + -> select a from behind
Ctrl + Shift + <- choose one from the front
Shift + - select one of the top
Shift + (down arrow) select the bottom row
Ctrl + A to select all objects, text, custom slide the cursor position is standing

Delete text or objects.
Backspace (->) to delete one character forward.
Delete to delete the character behind the cursor, or the selected object.
Ctrl + Backspace (<-) delete from the front.
Ctrl + Delete to delete one from behind.

Move
Ctrl + Arrows Move over 1 character
Ctrl + Home Back to text
Ctrl + End In the final position in the text
Ctrl + Shift + Home Select from current position to the beginning of the text.
Ctrl + Shift + End Select from current position to end of text

Copy Formats
Ctrl + Shift + C Copy the data format is the format to copy.
Ctrl + Shift + V Paste the copied format the data area is selected.

Menu & Toolbars.
Tab to move to the selected item, select the next group
Shift + Tab to move to the selected item, select front group
Ctrl + Tab to move through the next card in the box
Shift + Tab to move to the front of the card in the box
Alt + underlined character select or deselect an item that
Alt + Down arrow displays a list of books list
Enter one value selected from the drop
ESC off the contents of the drop

Working with tables:
Tab to move to and select the contents of the next cell. Or create a new one if you're standing in line last cell of the table
Shift + Tab to move to and select the content of the adjacent cell before it
Press Shift + arrow keys to select the contents of the box
Ctrl + Shift + F8 + arrow keys extend the selection by block
Shift + F8 decrease the size of each block selection
Ctrl + 5 (the Num Lock light off) to select the entire table contents
Alt + Home to the first cell of the current row
Alt + End on the last cell of the current row
Alt + Page up on the first cell of the column
Alt + Page down to the last cell of the column
Top Arrow up a line
Arrow down to bottom line

The F keys:
F1 help
F2 Move text or image. (Select the image, press F2, click on the destination, and press Enter
F3 automatically insert text (corresponding to the menu Insert - AutoText)
F4 to repeat last action
F5 Goto command execution (corresponding to the menu Edit - Goto)
F6 to move to the next pane or frame
F7 perform a spell check (corresponding Tools menu - Spellings and Grammars)
F8 expand selection
F9 to update the fields are selected
F10 trigger menu commands
F11 to move to the next field
F12 execute up with another name (corresponding menu File - Save As ...)

Combining Shift + F keys:
Shift + F1 displays help direct your cursor over the object
Shift + F2 fast copying text

Shift + F4 to repeat the action of the Find command, Goto
Shift + F5 to move the position of the new changes in the text

Alt + F1 to move to the next field.

Alt + F5 restore window size.
Alt + F7 to find the spelling and grammar of text followed.
Alt + F8 to run the macro.
Alt + F9 to switch between the code and the results of all schools.
Alt + F10 zoom window of Ms Word.

Combining Alt + Shift + F keys
Alt + Shift + F1 to move to the front.
Alt + Shift + F2 to save the command text (Ctrl + S, respectively).
