French beef


Makes about 4 people:



- 600 g beef is fresh, finely chopped
- 2 small purple onion
- 2 teaspoons of very spicy mustard
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of green onion with parsley leaves "Persil" chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cognac (can be replaced by a whiskey or brandy into the well)
- Tabasco pepper (or chili sauce is spicy kind, salt, pepper



Preparation
- Grab a bowl for mustard, lemon juice, wine, olive oil and 4 drops of Tabasco or chili sauce on, to salt, pepper to taste, mix it all for all.
