Beef Salad

Ingredients:
Buy beef meat cooking, a bit near to being brittle, onions, sweet peppers Da Lat (recommended for beautiful red fruit), lemon, lemongrass, ginger, sesame, peanuts, fish sauce, sugar , vinegar, spices, sesame oil, cilantro (mui.) or laksa leaves, or basil
Ingredients:
Buy beef meat cooking, a bit near to being brittle, onions, sweet peppers Da Lat (recommended for beautiful red fruit), lemon, lemongrass, ginger, sesame, peanuts, fish sauce, sugar , vinegar, spices, sesame oil, cilantro (mui.) or laksa leaves, or basil
Method:
- Beef washed, boiled in a pot for the little bit of salt and crushed ginger. Boiled corn beef cooked to medium, pick up a disc. Thin absorbent towel to drain. Corn beef to cold, thinly sliced (do not miss beef boiled water, leave to use for soup or broth)
- Sliced onion. Thai finished, rinse out with water 3-4 times. Then soak in a bowl full of cold water with a little vinegar (or lemon). Doing so helps out all crispy and pungent smell. Soak for 10 minutes, take out and drain. Use chopsticks to stir the lemon condiment (vinegar) sugar.
- Da Lat red peppers states only. Wash by cold water, drain. Mix well with spicy lemon (vinegar) sugar. Sesame seeds, roasted peanuts for flavor, peeled, pounding stamping. Finely chopped lemongrass, crushed ginger. If lemon, lemon peel can get to mix with the chopped pineapple.
- Mixed salad sauce squeeze: the delicious sauce spiced vinegar lemon ginger lemongrass lemon peel.
- Squeeze the cow corn are mixed states with mixed fish sauce. Add a little sesame oil, stir until fragrant.
- Pour the onions, capsicum, previously soaked in, stir with chopsticks. Pick up a plate and sprinkle peanuts, sesame, decorated laksa leaves or cilantro or basil for good.
- Beef salad is not too picky in processing, not bored by the light bar, sweet and sour, very suitable for use as snacks, for entertaining or sipping wine in the New Year.
